## What it does
- Bulk validation at up to 90,000 numbers per second, on the user's own machine.
- Deterministic removal of invalid, malformed and duplicate numbers.
- First-pass line type and carrier from each number's originally-assigned
  numbering-plan block. Ported numbers are the known exception.
- Optional live enrichment (ground-truth carrier/line type) using the user's own
  Twilio, Telnyx or Numverify API key (bring-your-own-key).

## How accurate it is
Invalid-number detection is deterministic and reliable. Line type and carrier
are a strong first-pass signal derived from original block assignment, accurate
for the majority of numbers; number portability means ported numbers can differ.
For live truth, users enrich a segment via their own API key.
